Q. Does your company offer dedicated truck services?

A. Yes. We provide dedicated truck services on a daily or hourly basis.

Q. How many trucks are in your fleet?

A. Our fleet size is extensive and typically is between 190‒210 trucks, depending on the time of year.

Q. What is your billing process?

A. Invoices can be delivered via email, EDI, FTP/SFTP, or direct connections with your internal transportation management system API. Invoices can be sent daily or weekly, based on your preference.

Q. Do you have a customer portal?

A. Yes. Our easy to use customer portal allows you to place orders, track orders, view proof of delivery documents, view invoices, and do many other things. Please contact us today to learn more.

Q. If I call can I still speak to a live person?

A. Every time you call you will get a live person picking up the phone at Cheetah. We don’t use frustrating call systems to stand between you and your business needs.

Q. What are your hours of operation?

A. Cheetah is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We never close and always have a live person waiting to handle your transportation needs.

Q. Do your drivers have Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) cards?

A. Yes. Our drivers have TWIC cards when required to enter a secure facility.

Q. Can Cheetah haul hazardous materials?

A. Yes. We have the proper authority to haul most hazardous materials.
